"3 Works" is the title of a solo exhibition that wad sponsored by Thisisnotashop, Dublin and was on view at the Market Studios Dublin, August 27 to September 2 2009. The exhibition featured photographic work, video, and installation based pieces "Over Your Shoulder", "Her, She, Me", and "Home boxes" juxtaposed in three facing areas of the small, darkened studio space. The controlled use of a variety of independent light sources emulate the brain's chaotic processing of external and emotional stimuli for the viewer. The three individual pieces explore how the mind constructs personality and an understanding of unique identity based on the sorting and comprehesion of external and objective stimulus. Thogether, the works explore the challenge of synchronizing time and location, and reality from perception amist the constant flux of relationships, habits, and emotional histories.
